EMPRESS MINDSET is a non-profit organization established in
January 2020, with the focus on women and girls empowerment.
Launched by Ms. Linda K. Fawaz, who has blended her Euro-American education with Middle Eastern and African cultural values into a belief system deeply rooted and guided by her integrity, appreciation of diversity, love for humankind, and industrious work ethic. Through a variety of professional experiences, from the Public to the Private Sectors, Her exceptional interpersonal skills has enabled her to establish a tremendous social and diplomatic network.

The EMPRESS MINDSET is building an empire of women and girls to understand who they truly are. My vision is every woman and girl is an Empress of great power and rank.Women and girls are going to create the change for the future, it’s about cultivating our society. The purpose of this organization is to elevate the mindset of women and girls through Mental Health, Physical Health, Financial Health, Spiritual Health, Legal/Justice, Fashion/Beauty, Media and
Women in Leadership.

OUR MISSION

My mission is to build a solid and strong empire of women and girls to understand who they truly are. We are going to create the change for the future, it’s about cultivating our society and telling them how great we are. Our intentions on elevating their mindset is through a call to action by collaborating with women in these domains to get involved in community building. The EMPRESS MINDSET organization’s main focus is women and girls from every social, economic and educational background. In this collaboration, we will contribute in transforming our society and impacting a positive change globally.

Born in Liberia, raised in the United States.
Direct descendant of James Spriggs Payne, the 4th and 8th

President of Liberia.
Educated in the United States, attending Adelphi University from1989 – 1993 in Garden City, NY.
Treasury Professional with 20+ years experience within Banking and Finance.
